About Local Commander
Local Commander is operated by Peter Mamrukov, a private individual based in Israel. Contact: peter.mamrukov@localcmd.app.
The service lets an AI client request operations on a computer you enroll. You select the available workspaces and permissions. The website manages account access and connection setup; the native application performs local operations.
Your responsibilities
- Use only computers, files, repositories and accounts you own or have permission to access.
- Keep sign-in links, credentials and recovery keys private.
- Review permissions and maintain backups before consequential actions.
- Do not use the service for unauthorized access, malware, intentional damage, bypassing access controls or unlawful activity.
Connected AI products and other third-party services have their own terms. Requests may be refused when permissions, account status, connection state or usage limits do not allow them.
Local actions and their limits
Commands can change files, running processes and external services. Stopping a task may not undo what it has already done. If the result is unknown, inspect the outcome before repeating an action.
Hidden windows, separate processes and workspaces are not a complete security sandbox. A permitted program runs with the access available to its operating-system account.
The first public release targets Windows 11 x64 with Node.js 20 or newer for installation. Your projects may need additional tools. Availability for each AI client depends on its supported integration.
Pilot availability and payment
The current service is a pilot and may be interrupted or changed. No uptime guarantee or support response time is promised.
Paid subscriptions are not enabled in the current pilot. Before any paid plan is offered, its price, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase. Contact us about any unexpected payment.
You can stop using the service and revoke available access. For account closure or information requests, contact Peter. The privacy policy explains current data handling.

Local Commander is operated from Israel. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. No exclusive court, broad liability waiver or additional refund restriction is imposed here.
